Wednesday Nights are the best value night out to be had in Sligo thanks to to Tom Yam’s Thai Restaurant, The Gaiety Cinema and Salvation Nightclub.
For €16 Tom Yams offer a starter, a main course and a cinema ticket, Salvation Nightclub (named after the terminator movie which starts on the same night) runs on Wednesdays in the Clarence accepts cinema tickets as concession passes getting you in for €5!
That’s dinner, a movie and a Nightclub for €21!
Assuming you follow the advice of drinkaware.ie and drink in moderation the night out will probably cost less than €50.
Salvation is the not just only Rock night club in Sligo, it’s interactive! Patrons can post messages to the group page on Facebook via their mobiles and see them displayed on the huge screen behind the DJ’s added to that Gamers can enjoy some retro gaming on the likes of the Sega Megadrive in Gamers corner. With ladies getting free entry before 12 its a great night out for everybody

You can order your 2 movies for 2 nights from Xtravision over the phone, then your dinner from Tom Yam over the phone, and the Tom Yam delivery folk will pick up your movies for you and deliver the whole lot to your door! how perfect is that for a miserable rainy weeknight or a hungover sunday when you don’t want to leave the house. brilliant.
