You are cordially invited to the opening of ‘ COLLABORATIVE PORTRAITURE ‘ an exhibition of paintings and drawings by Sarah Stevens and Mary-Kate Dolan tomorrow, Thursday 18th February at 3pm in Teach Bán Artists Gallery, Drumcliffe, Co Sligo.
The Collaborative Portrait Project is an artist-led project generated by Sarah Stevens. The intention of this project was not to work creatively to someone with learning disabilities, but to address a need. This project also attempts to ask how someone who is very good at art but also has learning disabilities can realise their potential. What can be learnt from this experience?
The work made in The Collaborative Project will be exhibited in February at Teach ban Nua Gallery, Sligo. Opening on 18th February.
Collaborative Portraiture//Teach Ban Nua Gallery// Sunday 28th February. Open daily 10am-4pm. Info Tom 087 75 49760.
